Who is responsible
NOVYX PRODUCTIONS SARL-S is the controller for personal data processed through this website. Our address and contact details are listed in the imprint.
What we collect and why
Enquiry form. When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email address, project type and message, plus your company, phone number, budget range and attachment if you provide them. We use this data only to answer your enquiry and to prepare a quote. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Spam protection. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile processes technical data such as your IP address and browser characteristics for this check. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the form from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Hosting and statistics. The website is delivered by Cloudflare, which processes technical access data (IP address, time, requested page, browser) to deliver the site securely. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies
This website does not set cookies for tracking or advertising. No cookie banner is therefore needed.
Who receives your data
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, spam protection and visit statistics.
- Resend — delivers your enquiry to our inbox by email.
Both act as processors on our behalf. Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, it is protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses [TBC: confirm the transfer mechanism in each provider’s data processing agreement].
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer them and, if a project follows, for the period required by commercial and tax law. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted after [TBC: retention period, for example 12 months].
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to us at the address in the imprint.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg data protection authority, the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), cnpd.public.lu.
